The registration fee is based on the date of the receipt of the registration and the payment in full in accordance with the deadlines mentioned above. Should one deadline be missed, the next applicable fee will be charged automatically.
Registration fee includes:
- Admission to all sessions
- Scientific materials
- Opening Ceremony
- Coffee during breaks and working lunches
- Get - together
IMPORTANT:
Maximum number of participants: 100
Registrations will be handled by a "first-come-first-served" basis.
If you do not select accommodation upon registration, supplement to registration fee in the amount of 120.00 EUR will be added to the total amount. Supplement to registration fee is required for people who do not use hotel accommodation and refers to coffee breaks and working lunches.

Date selection is available between April 11-14, 2024. In case you need accommodation before April 11 or after April 14, 2024 please send an e-mail to: ivona.belamaric@spektar-holidays.hr

Prices are in EUR, per room, per day (breakfast, vat and city tax are included).
Due to limited number of rooms in Akademis Academia accommodation will be allocated on a "first-come-first-served" basis.
Important
Accommodation will be confirmed upon receipt of payment.

After this date we can not guarantee the availability of accommodation.
